The below rules apply to all photos that are displayed on this website or my photo galleries at pbase.com whether they be my own photos or other peoples photos. (All of which are copyrighted and credited to the respective copyright owners).  

All photos on this site are © Yaz Dolbel, or the respective copyright owners, and must not be displayed anywhere else without prior consent from the copyright holder. If you would like to use any photos on your web site (this includes Bebo, Myspace etc etc) ASK ME FIRST! , by sending me an e-mail. 

If I let you use them, please do not alter them in any way without my permission first, please give credit for the photo & a link back to this site would be appreciated. Do NOT direct link my photos, that is theft of bandwidth.

If you have placed the photos on your page, send me an E-Mail with the link, so I can check out your site. Thanks. 

As of 27/2/08, If I catch anyone using photos without asking my permission first, a message advising them to be taken down may offend, (you have been warned) so take 30 seconds by sending me an e-mail to ask first, it is only courtesy.  

If you want to use any of my photos for personal use only (not displaying on websites - refer above), you may do so but they are not to be used for making money. 

If you want to use my photos for anything else, please contact me first and we can sort something out.  

Please note that all of my images are copyrighted, due to several incidents over the years regarding breach of copyright. 

Please also be aware also that *not all photos* are mine - if a photo is not mine, the photographer's name will be on the same page (and on the image itself), and if they have a web site, a link to the site too. These photos are also copyrighted to the respective owners. (in other words they will be given full credit for usage of the photo. It's the least that could be done).
